Cancellations.

You can cancel completely at any time, however, after paying your deposit to reserve, it is non-refundable (no exceptions). In order to be accepted as a client in the future, please have the courtesy to cancel at least a week away from your scheduled appointment so that we can at least take your place with another client. Lastly, to rebook in the future if you canceled on good terms, a new deposit would be required and you would be subject to my most current rates if they are higher than the original rates you booked at.

Rescheduling (rates)
I understand that things come up and you may need to change your appointment, so we do our best to work with you on rescheduling as long as you do so in advance and not within a week of your appointment. Please note that to reschedule, you must still be within our accepted business days/timeframe, but we can reschedule for another date that year when your job will allow you to get off the ground.

​No call/No show
If you don't confirm your appointment, don't respond to reminders, don't notify us that you're not coming, and ultimately don't show up, your appointment is automatically cancelled. The deposit and/or money paid for your appointment will be forfeited. You will also not be eligible to receive services in the future. Without exceptions.

​No additional guests
For liability reasons, we do not allow: pets, children or babies. Additional adults and teens are also not allowed.
When booking your appointment, please factor this into your planning, especially if you know you will need a ride as they would have to wait for you in the car for 4+ hours.
Having additional guests also affects my artistic ability, especially if the guest is anxious and impatient; so please DO NOT bring additional guests.
